Engagement Manager (NYC)

As an Engagement Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between LangChain's enterprise customers and our engineering teams, driving the successful adoption of LangSmith and our AgentOps platform. You will lead the delivery of complex AI implementation projects, helping Fortune 500 companies move from prototypes to production-grade LLM applications. Your work will directly influence the product roadmap by surfacing enterprise challenges and ensuring customers realize maximum value from LangChain’s orchestration and evaluation tools.

- Lead the end-to-end post-sales engagement for enterprise customers, ensuring successful onboarding and integration of LangSmith. - Partner with customer engineering teams to design and optimize LLM traces, evaluation suites, and observability pipelines. - Conduct regular business reviews to track deployment progress, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate churn risk. - Translate customer feedback and edge-case requirements into actionable product specifications for the internal LangChain engineering team. - Develop and deliver best-practice workshops on building robust, reliable AI agents using the LangChain ecosystem. - Manage cross-functional project timelines, identifying potential bottlenecks in the customer's path to production. - Act as a subject matter expert on AgentOps, guiding customers through the complexities of monitoring and scaling autonomous agents.

- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, professional services, or solutions architecture for developer-focused SaaS products. - Deep understanding of the LLM application lifecycle, including RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows. - Proven track record of managing technical deliveries for enterprise customers with complex security and governance requirements. - Ability to read and understand Python or TypeScript code to effectively communicate with engineering stakeholders. - Strong project management skills with experience navigating organizational change in large-scale technical environments. - Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for C-suite executives. - Passion for the generative AI ecosystem and a desire to shape the future of Agentic Operations.
