About the role

As a Product Manager for Notion AI, you will lead the evolution of the world’s most powerful connected workspace by integrating cutting-edge LLMs directly into the user workflow. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap for features like Q&A, automated workflows, and generative writing tools that help millions of users organize their thoughts and increase productivity. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between foundation models and practical, daily utility for both individual creators and enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute the product strategy for Notion AI, prioritizing features that deliver the highest value to our global user base. - Collaborate with engineers and researchers to experiment with and implement state-of-the-art LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude). - Partner with the Design team to create intuitive, "invisible" AI interfaces that enhance rather than disrupt the workspace experience. - Analyze user feedback and product telemetry to iterate on AI accuracy, speed, and helpfulness. - Work closely with Marketing and Sales to launch new AI capabilities and drive enterprise adoption. - Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and internal wikis to ensure organizational alignment. - Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape to identify emerging technologies that can be integrated into the Notion ecosystem.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically within SaaS, productivity tools, or developer platforms. - Proven track record of shipping AI or ML-powered features, demonstrating a deep understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation. - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to use SQL and data visualization tools to drive product decisions. - Experience working in a distributed environment, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones. - Strong technical literacy with the ability to engage in deep architectural discussions with infrastructure and ML engineers. - Ability to balance a high-velocity shipping culture with high-quality user experience standards. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for Notion's document-heavy culture.

Benefits

Equity, healthcare, wellness stipend.
