About the role
Shape the AI-driven experience of Xuman.AI's marketplace. You will define the roadmap for matching, search, and personalization features that touch every user session.
Fully remote, work from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI surface area of the product
- Define evals and success metrics for LLM features
- Partner with eng on retrieval, ranking, and trust/safety
- Drive discovery and personalization experiments
Requirements
- 4+ years product management, 2+ on AI/ML or marketplace products
- Strong product sense for consumer mobile
- Comfort writing specs that scope LLM behavior, evals, and guardrails
- Data-fluent — you write your own SQL
